Key functions include ensuring radiation delivery only when patients are correctly positioned, automatic treatment pausing for patient adjustments, and accurate setup/monitoring during dose delivery.

The system must be compatible with:

  • Varian TrueBeam and Edge Linear Accelerators via MMI interface for auto beam hold and couch shifts.
  • simRT, GE Discovery RT CT Scanner, DICOM workflows, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

It must support therapies such as DIBH, General Breast, SRS, SBRT, Head and Neck, Breath Hold SBRT, Sarcoma, and Prostate.

Required equipment includes:

  • AlignRT Camera System (minimum 3 HD cameras), Workstation, and Software.
  • Patient Tracking Software, DICOM RT Import/Export Modules, Physical Calibration Plate.
  • Portable Remote Device, Real-Time Coach, Couch-Mounted Wireless Device, 6DoF Couch Control License.
  • DoseRT System (2 Cherenkov Cameras) with perpetual software licenses.
  • Advanced optical setup with a projector and image sensor for 3D surface modeling.
  • Easy patient identification via an Infra-Red (IR) face recognition system.

Services include full installation, optical setup/calibration, integration with oncology workflow and VistA/CPRS, clinician and HTM/Clinical Engineering training, Go-Live support, joint inspection, and a one-year manufacturer warranty. No gray market or remanufactured items are acceptable; vendors must be OEM or authorized dealers/resellers.
