This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the upgrade of Philips Intellispace Cardiovascular (ISCV) software for the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. The contractor will provide the current production version of the ISCV software and installation services.

• Contractor must be an authorized distributor for Philips Healthcare and provide proof of authorization.

• No remanufactured or gray market items are acceptable.
