This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the purchase of two (2) endovaginal ultrasound transducers, specifically the Philips 3D9-3v Transducer and associated FlexVue Curved MPR, for the Baltimore VA Medical Center. The purpose is to support ongoing women's imaging, gynecologic, pelvic, and endovaginal ultrasound examinations for Veteran patient care by ensuring compatibility with existing Philips EPIQ 7 ultrasound systems.

• Two (2) new Philips 3D9-3v endovaginal transducers.

• Two (2) associated FlexVue Curved MPR.

• Any required software, licensing, or activation for full operation on the EPIQ 7 system.

• Standard manufacturer warranty coverage.

• Transducers must be fully compatible with Philips EPIQ 7 ultrasound systems, support high-resolution 2D and 3D/4D imaging, and be appropriate for pelvic, gynecologic, obstetric, and endovaginal examinations.

• Must be OEM manufactured, new, and free from defects.

• If the quoter is a distributor, a letter of authorization from the manufacturer is required.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price Delivery Order.

• Period of Performance: Delivery within 30 days after receipt of award.

• Submission Deadline: Friday, May 22nd, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.

• Required Documents: Completed SF1449, Price Schedule, Authorized Distributor Letter (if applicable), Delivery Date, OEM letter confirming stock and delivery date, completed Excel spreadsheet "S02-36C24526Q0524 Line Items", and completed FAR 52.225-2.

• Evaluation: Comparative evaluation IAW FAR 13.106-2 (b) (3) based on technical capability, price, and past performance.

• Questions Deadline: May 20th, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.
