This amendment modifies the "Period for Acceptance of Offers" from 30 calendar days to 180 calendar days.

• Accessory Delivery: Estimated 90-day ADO delivery timeframe applies to X-RAY (MOBILE/PORTABLE, C-ARM) systems. Accessories purchased with a system will be delivered at the same time as the system.
• Training Expiration: The training expiration timeframe will remain consistent for both DoD and VA.
• Delivery Orders for Multiple Systems: The government will not issue separate delivery orders for each system or separate each system into its own line items at this time.
• Awarded Delivery Order Information: The government will review providing information on awarded delivery orders to all IDIQ vendors.
• Proof of Delivery: Language will be revisited to potentially allow an email from the Government receiver confirming delivery as proof of delivery documents.
• Invoicing for Installation: The SOW requirement for invoicing installation costs will remain as written.
• "Defect" Definition & Conditional Acceptance: Under Conditional Acceptance, the government may use equipment while the vendor remedies defects. The contractor can invoice after 30 days of Substantial Clinical Use, and the warranty begins when all defects are remedied and the equipment is Accepted.
• DICOM Compliance: Language will be revised to remove EHRM (Oracle/Cerner) and will be modified into the SOW as details become available.
• Attachment 3: Required at proposal submission and only if requested by the CO during the contract life. It applies to all items on contract (equipment and services).
• Contract Price Book Templates: Should be separated between Equipment and Service.
• Business Associate Profile Application: This document should have been included in the solicitation package.
• Medical Marking Standard: Required for all systems included for compliant submission.
• DICOM Conformance Statement: Required for everything, including software packages.
• MDS2 Documentation: Required for all systems included for compliant submission.
• Attachment 3 - Discount & Pricing Information Worksheet: Must be completed for the vendor's overall pricing strategy, and all customer class categories must be provided.
• Initial RFP Response: Vendors are required to fill out the "Offer Catalog" tab. The RFM tab is for future use.
• Annual Adjustment: The initial annual adjustment occurs after the contract's first year. Contract unit prices are not subject to upward adjustment during the first year.
