To acquire and install a Sonomed Escalon A/B ophthalmic ultrasound unit to replace an end-of-life system in the Ophthalmology Department at the Alexandria VA Medical Center. The new system must integrate with existing VA workflows and systems, maintain DICOM transfer of imaging and reports, improve measurement accuracy, and comply with VA cybersecurity and interoperability requirements.

• Furnish the Sonomed Escalon Ophthalmic ultrasound system, including all labor, hardware, software, tools, materials, transportation, installation, configuration, testing, warranty, cybersecurity documentation, and training.

• Provide a fully functional ophthalmic ultrasound system meeting VA standards.

• Ensure DICOM-compliant transfer of imaging and treatment reports, compatible with the existing FORUM platform and ingestible into the Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS).

• Place of Performance: Alexandria VA Medical Center Eye Clinic, 4th Floor.

• Period of Performance: 60 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
