Scope of Work
The requirement is for the procurement of seven (7) CBCT systems for VISN 5 medical centers, specifically Beckley, Clarksburg, Maryland, and Washington DC VA Medical Centers. Key requirements include:
- Panoramic and CBCT imaging capabilities.
- Two units must include cephalometric imaging capability (for Washington DC VAMC).
- Specific technical specifications for field of view, slice thickness, scatter reduction software, power (120V/240V), and UPS.
- Image workflow compatible with DICOM format, MiPACS, and Modality Worklist.
- Networking requirements for connection to the VA network.
- De-installation and disposal of seven existing systems, with the contractor responsible for x-ray tube disposal.
- On-site training (3 days) for end-users and technical staff.
- A one-year warranty covering repair, preventative maintenance, parts, labor, and travel.
