This is a market research effort to determine potential set-aside opportunities. The VA is seeking information from Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), other Small Businesses, and Large Businesses. SDVOSB/VOSB respondents must be registered with the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise VetCert Registry. All offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.
