This acquisition is unrestricted. Vendors must be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized distributor, verified by an authorization letter. Remanufactured or "gray market" items are not acceptable.
Submission & Evaluation
- Submission: Offers must be submitted electronically to Maureen.Sundstrom@va.gov. Email size limit is 5MB; multiple emails are permitted.
- Required Documents: Quotes must include an OEM authorization letter, descriptive literature confirming salient characteristics, and a completed Trade Agreements Certificate (FAR 52.225-6).
- Evaluation: Award will be made on an "All or Nothing" basis. Evaluation will consider Price and the meeting of salient characteristics, with meeting characteristics and providing OEM authorization being more important than price.
