This amendment extends the due date for the solicitation to allow for a site visit.

• Site Visit Scheduled: A site visit will be held on Monday, May 18th, at 14:00 PT at the Vancouver VAMC. Interested parties should check in at Building 2. Parking is available in lot #21.

• Questions Deadline: Any questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than May 19, 2026, at 15:00 PT.

This solicitation is for the procurement of a custom 3-bay reprocessing sink system for the Vancouver VAMC Sterile Processing Center. The system must meet specific salient characteristics and be "Brand Name or Equal" to PureSteel.

• Custom 3-Bay Reprocessing Sink: 115" L x 30" W with three 24"x18"x10" basins, height-adjustable, with corner drains, marine edges, overflow prevention, integrated power outlets, and LED basin lights.

• Reprocessing Sink Pegboard: 115" L x 24" H, height-adjustable, with standard peg design and organizing accessories.

• Ancillary Components: Includes pegboard shelf, adjustable storage shelf, wall-mounted pre-rinse faucet sprayer, wall-mounted sink faucet, deionized faucet, basin temperature gauge, volume indicator etching plates, ergonomic wrist rests, sink light hoods (4' and 2'), wall-mounted keyboard/monitor arm, pegboard shelf for leak detection system, water-resistant timer, task light, touchless auto dispenser with bottle, dedicated eye sink basin, brush organizer/rack, independent flushing system (2 units), double bracket holder, accessory kit, tube sets, upgraded electrical package (4 outlets), telescoping drain assemblies (3 units), and factory assembly.

• Evaluation: Offers will be evaluated based on Technical and Price. Offerors must be an authorized provider for the items, requiring a manufacturer's letter.

• Set-Aside: This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED.

• Buy American: Bidders must complete the Buy American Certificate (52.225-2).

• FAR clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 are incorporated by reference or attached.
