Scope of Work

- 2 Bariatric Medical Beds: With salient characteristics including 1,060 lbs weight capacity, 11-inch minimum height, adjustable width (35-47 inches), and specific positioning features.
- Accessories: Mattresses, bed control units, trapeze systems, docker cables, bariatric air mattress system, and removable patient controls.
- Services: A minimum 5-year warranty on parts and labor for all beds, delivery, installation, and onsite training at the VA Community Living Center, 2300 Wilson St., Miles City, MT 59301.

Eligibility
A "Qualified Vendor" must possess the necessary equipment, vehicles, personnel, resources, and current operations. They must also have recent experience (within the past 3 years) performing services of comparable size, scope, and complexity, and have OEM certified technicians. Current and valid registration in SAM.gov is required, along with the ability to comply with Limitations of Subcontracting pursuant to FAR 19.507.
