Quick Summary
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically VISN 17's Consolidated Prosthetics Unit (CPU), is conducting a Sources Sought to identify qualified suppliers for H-Wave H4 Multi-Function Electrical Stimulation Devices or functionally equivalent products. This market research aims to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to support Veteran recovery, function restoration, and pain management. Responses are due by April 1, 2026.
Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for procuring and delivering H-Wave H4 Multi-Function Electrical Stimulation Devices (Part Number 41000), or Form, Fit, and Function (FFF) compatible equivalents, along with associated consumables (carry case, aloe gel, electrodes). Deliveries are required on a bi-monthly scheduled basis (1st and 15th of each month) to the Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center in Bonham, TX. The contractor must maintain sufficient stock in their own warehouse, as the CPU lacks storage capacity.
