Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To outline the tasks and responsibilities for supplying an Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) system for the Bakersfield VA Clinic.

• Provide a "Brand Name" Heidelberg Spectralis (Brand Name) Optical Coherence Tomography System (OCT).

• The system must meet or exceed specified physical, functional, and performance characteristics.

• The system must communicate seamlessly with existing and planned systems without disruption.

• Core Technologies: cSLO, SD-OCT, Active Eye Tracking, Noise Reduction, Auto Rescan.

• OCT Specifications: Detailed A-scan rate, axial and lateral resolution, scan depth, and scan patterns for Retinal and Anterior imaging.

• OCT Angiography: High speed and high-resolution modes with specified lateral resolution and pixel counts.

• Connectivity: Must include EMR connectivity.

• Physical Dimensions: 25.20"D x 43.40"W x 42"H.

Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI)

This document is a Sources Sought Notice, not a solicitation. Its purpose is to gather market information regarding potential sources capable of providing an "Optical Coherence Tomography System w/ Table, Training and Installation" for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The information gathered will help the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) make appropriate acquisition decisions, and a future solicitation announcement may be published.
