1. Background

The Lyons VA Medical Center requires a high-performance ophthalmic ultrasound system for comprehensive diagnostic imaging, including A-scan, B-scan, UBM, and standardized echography. The Ellex ABSolu Ultrasound Platform, manufactured by Quantel Medical and distributed by Corps Medical Supply, LLC, is the identified brand name product. This SOW allows for Brand Name or Equal submissions.
