• Expiration dates must be clearly marked on all items.

• Unexpected changes in methodology/technology are at the contractor's expense.

• Emergency repairs require response within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, local time).

• The contract will be a Base-Plus 4-Option Year Firm-Fixed-Price contract.
