This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for commercial services for audio visual (AV) cabling and infrastructure services at the Hungry Horse Field Office (HHFO) in Hungry Horse, Montana. Questions & Answers / Clarifications

This document provides responses to pre-solicitation questions regarding the 6552 HH AV Cabling and Infrastructure opportunity.

• Teams Requirement: The government requires both a native MS Teams Room Appliance and the ability for users to bring their own device (BYOD) for Teams.
• Native Teams Device Standard: No specific model is required, but devices must be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant. HP/Poly X70 are common examples.
• Crestron Scope: While some information is available, the contractor may need to design UI/logic from scratch. Reclamation currently uses Crestron DM Model (HD-MD6x2-4K-E) and NVX Model (DM-NVX-35x). AirMedia will not be utilized due to security vulnerabilities.

• Analog to Digital Conversion (Task 1-6): Task 3 covers analog to digital conversion. Reclamation (or OCIO) will provide VoIP system installation services and obtain necessary telephone/network hardware.
