Scope of Work

Quality & Configuration Management
Contractors must maintain a quality system compliant with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and a calibration system meeting ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or ISO-10012-1. A configuration management plan in accordance with NAVSUP WSS clause NAVICPIA18 is also required. All parts and materials used must be new per FAR 52.211-5, unless specific PCO approval is obtained for other materials or cannibalization. The contractor must specify their repair facility and adhere to strict control over purchased parts and materials.
