The requirement is for the repair and modification of TRANSDUCER,PRESSURE (CAGE 96169 EB-4837). All repair work must adhere to the contractor's standard practices, manuals, and directives, including drawings and technical orders. Items must be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-130, REV N, and must be mercury-free for use on submarines/surface ships.

Key Requirements & Instructions

Offerors must provide an Estimated (EST) repair price for the full repair effort. Vendors will have 90 days after receipt of carcass(es) to complete a teardown & evaluation (TD&E) and submit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote. Quotes should include the cost of new material (actual or estimated) for evaluation purposes and specify any exceptions to solicitation requirements (e.g., MIL-STD Packaging, Labeling). Repair prices must cover all associated costs, including material in unwhole condition, missing hardware, and CAV Reporting. Offerors must provide their Teardown & Evaluation Rate, Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT) (requested 90 days), Throughput Constraint, and Induction Expiration Date. Price reductions will be incurred for failure to meet the required RTAT. Non-Original End Manufacturers (OEMs) must provide a signed letter of authorization as a distributor. If packaging occurs at a different location, the facility's name, address, and CAGE must be provided. Only authorized distributors will be considered for award.

Additional Notes
