Evaluation & Submission
This is an intent to solicit on a sole-source basis. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties identifying a commercial item capability must do so within 15 days of this notice.
