• Integrate systems with the laboratory information system (LIS) and/or middleware.

• Perform method validation and verification according to CLIA, CAP, and VA standards.

• Provide full-service maintenance, including preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Offer 24/7/365 telephone technical support and remote diagnostic capabilities.
