  • Maintenance: Full remote and onsite maintenance, including parts, software updates, and labor.
  • Validation: Contractor is responsible for all validation studies (precision, method comparison, accuracy, calibration, reference interval, sensitivity, specificity) at their expense, consistent with CLSI guidelines and CAP standards.
