Scope of Work

This includes the instrument, a portable computer, label printer, printer cassette, associated software, digital user guide, calibration kit with software activation code, startup QualAssure solutions, and a pipette calibration plastics kit. The selected vendor must provide on-site installation and user training. A 1-year warranty covering parts and labor is required, along with 24/7/365 phone support for technical assistance. Performance will be at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, 510 E. Stoner Ave, Shreveport, LA 71101.
