Sole Source Justification

• The Buy American Act (BAA) applies, and the items are manufactured in Cincinnati, Ohio.

• This is an add-on to an existing WBIMS procured under VISN 9 contract 36C24922P1069.

• A Sources Sought Notice (SSN) was posted, but no responses were received from other interested parties.

Notice of Intent to Sole Source
