This includes specific gases such as Oxygen, Nitrogen, Medical Grade Air, Argon, Helium, Nitrous Oxide, Carbon Dioxide, 90-5-5 Lab Mixture, Lung Diffusion Mix, and Liquid Nitrogen for the Dermatology Clinic. All gases must meet or exceed current United States Pharmacopoeia/National Formulary (USP) standards, and cylinders must comply with FDA, CGA, DOT, and other relevant regulations. E-Sized oxygen cylinders require RFID technology for tracking. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and materials (excluding government-furnished property) and maintain all federal, state, and local licenses, FDA certifications, and $1,000,000.00 in liability insurance. Submission & Evaluation
