  • Providing a website for ordering, delivery tickets, cylinder audit results, balances, rental summaries, and invoices. This website must be internet-accessible and not interface with VA information systems.
  • Ensuring medical gases meet or exceed USP standards.
  • Providing evidence of current FDA/state licenses, permits, certifications, and registrations, or reseller agreements.
  • Maintaining liability insurance of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence.
  • Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local acts, regulations, codes, and standards.
