Scope of Work

Services will cover approximately eight (8) VAMC facilities, their respective clinics, and off-site locations within VISN 16. Key requirements include:
- Providing a website for ordering, delivery tickets, cylinder audit results, balances, rental summaries, and invoices. This website must be internet-accessible and not interface with VA information systems.
- Ensuring medical gases meet or exceed USP standards.
- Providing evidence of current FDA/state licenses, permits, certifications, and registrations, or reseller agreements.
- Maintaining liability insurance of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence.
- Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local acts, regulations, codes, and standards.
- Providing training to VA staff on medical gas cylinders upon request. Detailed requirements, including specific line items, quantities, and facility locations, are provided in Attachment D.1 – Schedule of Items and Attachment D.2 – Facility Locations.
