Quick Summary

The 502d Contracting Squadron, on behalf of the 688th Cyberspace Wing (688 CW) Chaplain Corps, is conducting market research through this Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential sources for a comprehensive, family-oriented retreat. The retreat is scheduled for August 14-16, 2026, and aims to provide resiliency for Active Duty and Reserve members and their families. This RFI is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). Responses are due by Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM CDT.

Scope of Work

The Government requires a single, all-inclusive solution from a smoke-free, family-friendly resort. Key requirements include:

  • Meals: Five meals per participant (2 catered breakfast buffets, 1 lunch voucher, 2 dinner vouchers), served buffet-style in a private conference room. Specific dietary requirements must be supported.
  • Facilities: A conference room capable of seating all attendees for meetings and meals, and access to on-site family-oriented recreational activities and team-building facilities. Two clean/sanitized meeting rooms are needed (one for adult conferencing, one for childcare), within a five-minute walk of lodging.
  • Amenities: Standard audio/visual (A/V) equipment, furniture (tables and seating for adults and children), and family-friendly amenities (e.g., highchairs, changing tables). The childcare room needs DVD compatible equipment and streaming options.
