Scope of Work
The Government requires a single, all-inclusive solution from a smoke-free, family-friendly resort. Key requirements include:
- Attendance: Up to 20 adults, 25 children, and 2 Chaplain Corps staff members.
- Lodging: Twelve (12) rooms for two (2) nights, with 10 rooms for participants (double queen beds, accommodating families of four) and 2 for staff. Each unit must have a shower, tub, refrigerator, safe, and microwave access.
- Meals: Five meals per participant (2 catered breakfast buffets, 1 lunch voucher, 2 dinner vouchers), served buffet-style in a private conference room. Specific dietary requirements must be supported.
- Facilities: A conference room capable of seating all attendees for meetings and meals, and access to on-site family-oriented recreational activities and team-building facilities. Two clean/sanitized meeting rooms are needed (one for adult conferencing, one for childcare), within a five-minute walk of lodging.
- Amenities: Standard audio/visual (A/V) equipment, furniture (tables and seating for adults and children), and family-friendly amenities (e.g., highchairs, changing tables). The childcare room needs DVD compatible equipment and streaming options.
