Scope of Work
The contractor will provide prepared hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals to be dropped off at Camp Nett, 38 Smith Street, Niantic, CT, for the period of April 29 – July 01, 2026. Estimated delivery times are Breakfast: 0700-0800, Lunch: 1200-1245, and Dinner: 1700-1745. Meals must adhere to dietary guidance including grains, vegetables, protein, fruit, and assorted beverages (100% fruit juice, no bottled water). All meals are required to be individually wrapped to minimize COVID-19 spread and prepared at the vendor's location. The vendor must also provide all paper products, flatware, and consumables for lunch meals. A Quality Control program is required from the contractor.

Evaluation & Award
Award will be made to a single responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. Price and location are the most important factors. Proposals will be evaluated on a Best Value basis and must include a complete price breakdown for all costs. Past performance may be considered. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov and accept payment via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) program (net 30 days).

Quotes are due by the response date and time, submitted via fax or email to the same contact. Offerors are responsible for ensuring their quotes are received. Quotes must include a completed FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items) and FAR 52.204-24 (Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment).
