Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide a non-personal services contract for the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Adventure Camp 2026, serving 304 Cadets and 75 Cadre from Lee and Collier County School Districts.

• Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, lodging, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, certified trainers, and meal services.

• Conduct training activities including swimming, canoeing, water survival, rappelling, land navigation, COPE course (high and low ropes), obstacle course, and archery.

• Facilitate team-building activities and icebreakers.

• Provide specific contractor-staffed areas: Rappel Tower/Ziplining, Alpine Tower, Archery/Catapult, and Lakefront activities.

• Ensure all training requirements are co-located.

• Provide a safe and supervised environment.
