Scope of Work

The requirement is for non-personal services to support approximately 160 JROTC cadets and 30 cadre. Key services include:

  • Providing meals, lodging, facilities, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision for the six-day academy.
  • Developing and executing a curriculum for at least three STEM challenges.
  • Offering a residential experience with dormitories, meals, and campus orientations.
  • Facilitating team-building and self-awareness activities.
  • Providing at least 10 upper-level college STEM/Engineering/Environmental students to mentor cadet groups.
  • Ensuring suitable facilities including classrooms, an operations center, medical station, storage, cafeteria, and dormitories with necessary utilities.
  • Providing medical support (nurse station, EMTs, on-call physician with air evacuation capabilities).
  • Offering training facilities such as a parade field, athletic field, and a helicopter landing area. Performance standards require 100% completion for key objectives, nutritionally balanced meals, and separate lodging for male and female participants.
