Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a signed and completed solicitation via email or fax to maggie.martin@dla.mil. Electronic submission of quotes is available through SAM.gov. Bidders must check applicable boxes in clause 52.204-24 (2)(d) (1) and (2) and complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30.
