Key Requirements & Instructions
- Manufacturer/Distributor: Offerors not the manufacturer must state the OEM (CAGE code) and part number. Distributors require an authorized letter from the manufacturer. Dealers must provide a statement identifying their firm as a dealer, along with OEM name/CAGE code/P/N.
- FOB & Inspection: FOB Source is required, and inspection and acceptance will occur at the source.
- Electronic Submittal: Receiving Reports and Invoices must be submitted electronically via PIEE-WAWF.
- Government Surplus Property: Offers of unused former Government surplus material are permitted if new, unused, meet technical requirements, and were previously Government-owned. Specific representations and supporting documentation are required.
