Statement of Work (SOW)

To replace and modernize secondary security-enabled double doors at the main entrance to USCG Sector Northern Great Lakes.

• Prepare the work site and prevent damage to the immediate area.

• Remove old double doors, side lights, headers, framing, threshold, and glass.

• Install new doors, frames, hinges, push bars, glass, threshold, and construction materials to match existing.

• Framing to be aluminum, natural color.

• Door tube to be equipped with electric latch prep on the non-active leaf door.

• Replace/install any interferences, including ceiling tiles and trim, that may have been removed or damaged.

• Note: All wiring, proximity card readers, and tiles will be installed by the owner.
