Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide lodging for rotating crewmembers and support personnel for the U.S. Coast Guard Air Facility (AIRFAC) Waukegan, IL.

• Provide 6 individual hotel rooms continuously from May 22, 2026, to September 8, 2026.

• Rooms must be ready for incoming personnel on the same day outgoing personnel check out, particularly on transfer days (approximately every other Thursday).

• Individual bedrooms and bathrooms are required due to potential mixed-gender crews.

• All hotel rooms should be grouped together and located away from high noise and traffic areas.

• Accommodations must be within a maximum of 40 minutes response time (hotel exit and travel) from AIRFAC Waukegan (3550 N McAree Road, Waukegan IL, 60087).
