Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure and install new interior and exterior lighting fixtures, associated electrical wiring, and provide necessary electrical modifications to support new fan systems and decommission legacy electrical components at the USCG Station Lorain Boat House.

• Interior Lighting: Decommission, demolish, and dispose of existing high-bay and wall-mounted lighting fixtures. Furnish and install at least 10 new high-bay LED fixtures (Metalux UHBS2 Selectable High Bay or equivalent). Run new branch wiring and conduit. Install two new 3-way light switches.
