Submission Requirements
Interested and capable contractors must submit detailed information via email to brian.workman@va.gov. Required information includes company details (name, address, POC, UEI), small business type (SDVOSB, VOSB, etc.), confirmation of small business status under NAICS 337214, product name, manufacturer details (including country of origin and small business status), existing federal contract information (GSA FSS, VA NAC, NASA SEWP), VA Technical Reference Model approval status, estimated implementation time, general pricing, and a detailed capability statement with at least one reference contract demonstrating experience with Inpatient Mental Health Office Furniture and associated services. General statements of capability are not acceptable.
Eligibility & Set-Aside Considerations
