Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure laboratory mobile casework and professional installation services for the renovation of the Pathology and Laboratory at the VA Medical Center Togus campus in Augusta, Maine. The casework must meet VHA specifications for lab safety and environmental stewardship.

• Provide laboratory mobile casework and professional installation.

• Supply all labor, materials, product, equipment, transportation, and supervision.

• Develop final specifications and installation documents.

• Deliver and install casework. Tentative delivery is April 2026; no on-site storage will be provided.

• Unbox all items and remove all packaging material from the site upon completion.

• Coordinate and manage all products and services, communicating with the COR Space Planner.

• Provide on-site staff supervisor with OSHA 10 certification.

• Install all casework and associated components.

• Provide maintenance manuals and warranty information.
