This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services for the procurement of Acrylic and Aluminum Artwork and Installation for the Department of Veterans Affairs Eastern Colorado Healthcare System (ECHCS) at the Englewood Clinic. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract.

• Fabrication and installation of specified Acrylic and Aluminum Artwork.

• Artwork must meet VHA specifications, high-quality standards, and environmental stewardship.

  • Volume I: Technical capability and quality.
  • Volume II: Pricing (separate lines for labor and installation).
  • Volume III: Completed VAAR 852.219-75 and FAR 52.225-2 (Buy American Certificate).

• Evaluation Factors:

  • Factor I: Technical capability or quality.
  • Factor II: Price.

• Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors.

• Award will be made on an All or Nothing Basis.

• This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

• SDVOSB status must be verified in the SBA Small Business Certification (SBS) database at the time of quote submission and award.

• NAICS Code: 337215 (Showcase, partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing) with a size standard of 500 Employees.
