Request for Information / Sources Sought

• Provide and install acrylic and aluminum artwork.

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of product lifecycle: design, ordering, shipping, delivery, and installation.

• Ensure products meet specified quality standards (free of scratches, dents, etc.).

• Provide maintenance manuals for specified products.

• Coordinate delivery and installation with VA POC and Interior Designer.

• Protect property during delivery and installation.

• Provide installation services for various furniture types if applicable (though the primary focus is artwork).

• Ensure staff are trained and certified for installation, with project managers/lead installers having a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare facilities.
