Delivery is required within 30 days of award to the VA ECHCS at 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. Deliveries must be in original sealed containers, marked with the PO and contract number. The contractor must also provide two binders and one digital copy of manufacturer-recommended maintenance and operation manuals, along with all manufacturer warranties covering parts, labor, travel, and shipping for repairs.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to Christopher.Hollingsworth2@va.gov (4MB limit). Offerors must be an OEM, authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, verified by OEM documentation; gray market or remanufactured items are not acceptable. "Or equal" products must meet specified salient characteristics. Award will be made on an All or Nothing Basis. SDVOSB status must be verified in the SBA Small Business Certification (SBS) at both quote submission and award.
Submissions require four volumes:
