This document provides responses to vendor questions regarding Solicitation 36C24826Q0653 for Cubicle Privacy Curtain Panels and Mesh Panels.

• Requirement Scope: The requirement is for manufacture, supply, and delivery only. Removal of existing curtains and installation/hanging of new ones are NOT included.
• Delivery Location: All items are to be delivered to the Lake City VAMC Industrial Laundry Facility (619 S. Marion Avenue, Lake City, FL 32025). The Government will handle internal distribution and installation.
• Delivery Schedule: Delivery is anticipated within 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Phased delivery is acceptable if clearly stated by the offeror; timelines will be evaluated for reasonableness.
• Fabric/Color: Tessuto Lakeside is a salient characteristic. Offerors may propose an equal fabric/color that meets all performance requirements. Specific fabric patterns will not be pre-approved before award. Samples may be requested post-award.
• System Compatibility: Proposed snap-panel systems must be compatible with existing VA curtain tracks and snap systems.
• Mesh Panel Specs: Mandatory requirements include size (66” W x 32” H), white color, ½ inch mesh openings, and specific grommet/snap spacing for compatibility.
• Documentation: Antimicrobial documentation (manufacturer certification, data sheets, or test reports) and NFPA 701 documentation are not required with the initial quote but will be required after award prior to production.
• Award Basis: The Government intends to make one award for all CLINs (0001 and 0002).
• Offer Contents: Offers must include completed pricing, technical descriptions/product literature, delivery timeframe, warranty/maintenance info, and completed representations/certifications (including VAAR 852.219-76).

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supply, issued as a Request for Offers (RFO) by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
