Scope of Work
The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS) requires a reliable supply and delivery of commercial-grade carpet tiles and luxury vinyl tiles to support ongoing maintenance and renovation projects across multiple buildings. The estimated quantity is approximately 4,000 square feet of carpet tile and 4,000 square feet of LVT.
Key requirements include:
- Carpet Tile (Scope A): Nylon and solution-dyed fiber carpets with anti-microbial and stain-resistant finishes, various pile heights, and backing types (e.g., PVC-free, cushion-backed). Must include matching transition strips and adhesives. Specifications include commercial-grade durability (minimum 10-year wear warranty), Class I fire rating (ASTM E648), and CRI Green Label Plus VOC compliance.
