Contract Details
This is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for commercial items, conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 13. Quotes must be submitted on Attachment 2 - Quote Sheet and remain valid for 60 calendar days from the submission date.
Eligibility and Evaluation
There is no set-aside for this acquisition. Vendors must possess an active System for Award Management (SAM) account and provide their CAGE Code or NCAGE Code with their quote. The Government will evaluate offers based on Price and Technical Capability, making a best value determination. The Government reserves the right to award to a quote that is not the lowest-priced if it offers the best overall value and may conduct exchanges with vendors after the solicitation closes.
Submission Requirements and Deadlines
