Scope of Work
The VA requires delivery and installation of two combi ovens, exemplified by the Alto-Shaam Prodigi Pro 10-10 (E) or equivalent. Key specifications include:
- Dimensions: Max 4’ W x 3’6” D x 6’3” H.
- Capacity: Minimum 10 full-size sheet pans.
- Installation: Must have four legs or a stand, at least two feet off the ground for ergonomic operation and cleaning.
- Compliance: Must meet NSF, FDA-approved materials, and Energy Star requirements.
- Materials: Stainless steel interior and exterior.
- Features: Glass oven doors, 440-480v/50/60/3-ph, 26.9-29.4 amps, Turbo Mode, 40A 5026972 installation kit or equivalent, computerized steam & convection cooking, programmable touchscreen, climate/cooking sensors, automated tablet-based cleaning, and computerized cleaning & descaling system.
- Water System: A water softener or filtration system must be installed to the existing water line.

Eligibility & Set-Aside
The VA is mandated to consider a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and SDVOSBs/VOSBs must be listed in the SBA Dynamic Small Business Search under NAICS code 333241. Prospective bidders must be authorized resellers.
