- Warranties: 2 years parts and labor, 5 years steam generator.
- CAP Chef Assistance Program: 4 hours of specialized application training.
- Pre-Installation Site Consultation and RATIONAL Certified Installation for ovens and water filtration systems.
- Installation Kits, Water Filtration Single Cartridge System, Stationary Oven Stand, and Gastronorm Grid Shelf.
- Full installation services: meeting gas/electrical specifications, uninstalling/removing existing equipment, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
- Client training on operation and maintenance.
- Contractor personnel must undergo successful background investigations.
Submission Requirements

- Company Name, UEI, Cage Code, Dun & Bradstreet Number.

- Socio-economic status (SDVOSB, VOSB, Woman-Owned, etc.).
- Indication of whether the firm is a distributor or manufacturer, with confirmation on company letterhead if a distributor, including manufacturer details.
- Details of any current government contracts (number, type, items, agency, GSA schedule/SIN).
- Confirmation of ability to provide service at VA locations.
- Feedback on suggested NAICS (325998) and PSC (7320) codes, or suggestions for more appropriate codes.
- Invoice methods and estimated rates.
- Required State/Federal certifications.
- Any concerns, questions, or ambiguities regarding the Sources Sought.
- SDVOSB/VOSB firms must provide proof of SBA certification.
