- Dishwasher (Brand Name or Equal Hobart Model No. AM16VLT-BAS-2): Must feature a ventless door-type design with internal condensing/energy recovery, a tall chamber opening (at least 27"), a high-temperature sanitizing system (final rinse ≈180°F) with a built-in booster heater, and a throughput of at least 40 racks/hour. It requires user-friendly touchscreen controls with WiFi/app connectivity, a pumped drain with two-stage filtration, flexible installation, door-actuated start, and stainless steel construction. Certifications must include NSF, cULus, and ENERGY STAR® qualification, along with a standard one-year warranty, drain water tempering kit, and attached water softening kit.
- Dish Table (Brand Name AEROWERKS INC Model No. SOILED): This includes an Ultra wash system with electric heat, auto fill, soiled end drainboard, standard controls, 36” wash sink, 20” rinse sink, 20” sanitizer sink, and three drains with overflow.
