• Mission Rehearsal: The system must allow users to conduct virtual missions using their own service weapons, upskilling tactics, techniques, and procedures in high-stress, high-risk simulated environments.
• Deployability: Must pack into a small, deployable hardened case and be set up within minutes, without requiring fixed training or planning facilities.
• Integration: Must integrate with service weapons, communications, and other devices. Weapon systems must convert rifles into dry-fire mode with full recoil using a CO2 system.
• Connectivity: Must not require an internet connection to operate.
• Scenario Capabilities: Must be able to build/edit own scenarios and provide feedback on scenarios.
• Included Scenarios: Mission rehearsal, Hostage Rescue, CQB, Use of Force Decision Making, Crisis Intervention, De Escalation.
• Size & Weight: 2-person system in a single case, dimensions 48" x 20" x 9" (122 x 51 x 23cm), weight 50 lbs.
• User Capacity: Supports 1-8+ users, including 1 instructor and 1-4 role players. Supports single user training, team training, and force-on-force training.
• Instructor Console: Requires an 11" Samsung tablet with a protective case; no additional servers or computers are needed.
• Headsets: Must be enterprise grade with 4k resolution, 2 hours run time, and hot-swappable batteries.
