736 SFS - Water Stations

Sources Sought Notice

This notice is issued for market research purposes to identify potential sources for Water Stations. It is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) or Quotes (RFQ) and does not obligate the Government to acquire any services. The Government is seeking information to determine how to proceed with a potential future acquisition.

The Government requires Water Stations, as detailed in Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics. The intended locations for these water stations are within the 737 Security Forces Squadron at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, including specific warehouse and building addresses.

• Responses are voluntary and do not constitute an offer.

• The response deadline is 27 March 2026 at 4:00 PM Chamorro Standard Time (CHST) (2:00 AM Eastern Standard Time).

• Respondents must submit a technical specification sheet for the proposed Water Station model.

• All costs associated with responding are at the respondent's expense.

• Recessed dispenser to prevent cross-bottle contamination
• Ability to chill water between 40-42 degrees Fahrenheit
• Internal drainage system
• Required certifications: NSF/ANSI 42, 53, 58; ISO 9001; NSF ANSI 372, 61, 51
• Energy efficiency
• Multi-filter/purification system removing up to 99% of tap water impurities
• Vendor must be able to obtain base access
• Secondary trigger for dispensing water if sensor is inoperable
• Removable and relocatable water bottle station
• No mounting or attachment to building required
• Standalone system requiring only water line, drain line, and a 110-volt receptacle
• Foot pedal option for hands-free use
• Ability to fit into compact areas, occupying no more than three square feet of floor space

This document defines the minimum requirements for water stations. Vendors must ensure their proposed products meet all listed characteristics to be considered compliant with the solicitation.
