Purpose & Scope
This Sources Sought notice aims to gather information from industry to determine the best acquisition approach for providing Water Stations. The Government requires these stations to meet specific salient characteristics, detailed in Attachment 1, for installation within the 737 SFS facilities, including specific warehouse and building addresses on Andersen AFB.
Requirement Details
The required Water Stations must adhere to stringent specifications, including:
- ADA compliance
- Water Chilling: Between 40-42 degrees Fahrenheit
- Filtration: Multi-filter/purification system removing up to 99% of tap water impurities
- Certifications: NSF/ANSI 42, 53, 58; ISO 9001; NSF ANSI 372, 61, 51
- Design: Recessed dispenser, internal drainage, secondary trigger, removable/relocatable, compact (max three sq ft)
- Installation: Standalone system requiring only water line, drain line, and 110-volt receptacle; no mounting required.
- Vendor Capability: Ability to obtain base access.
Submission & Response

- Submission: Respondents must submit a technical specification sheet for their proposed Water Station model.
