Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide non-personal medical support services, including direct patient care. This involves one Physician (MD/DO) and one Physician Assistant (PA-C) performing duties such as medical examinations, diagnostic test interpretation, treatment, referrals, preventive care, health promotion, patient education, medication prescription (per IHS formulary), EHR documentation, and care coordination. Services will utilize existing Government facilities, equipment, and the electronic health record (EHR).
