- CLIN 0002: Clarke 18-Gallon Shovelnose Wet/Dry Vacuum or Equal. Must have at least an 18-gallon tank capacity, corrosion-resistant tank, powerful commercial-grade motor, built-in drain port, wide "shovelnose" nozzle, secure filtration system, heavy-duty casters, long power cord (25-35 ft), included accessories, and UL/ETL certification.
