Set-Aside/Eligibility
This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source. Capability statements are being considered solely to determine if a competitive procurement is appropriate. All interested parties must be registered and active in SAM.gov at the time of submission.
Submission & Evaluation
This notice constitutes the only solicitation; no quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Responses (capability statements) must be submitted via email to Lara.Wood@bia.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. If no capability statements are received demonstrating the ability to meet the Government's requirements, the Government will proceed with a sole-source award.
