The Western Area Power Administration, Corporate Service Office intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis the purchase of the GE Vernova International LLC (GE) 2026 Steady State Power Flow Annual Maintenance for WAPA’s various perpetual software licenses. The Period of Performance (PoP) requested is March 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027.
The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received within 10 calendar days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
